humble tennis stands behind the quality of every racket we sell. Each racket is covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What is covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use. If your purchase has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or any modification to the racket.

How to make a claim

To submit a warranty claim, email us at contact@humbletennis.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos where possible. We will review your claim and respond as quickly as we can.
